Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Guidee. However, by uploading content, you grant Guidee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify (for formatting), and distribute your content on the Guidee platform. This license is necessary for us to operate the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Guidee is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the service.
